Refund Policy

See below for information about SMART Programs' refund policies.

  • ProServe and SellSafe online programs are not refundable...
    • after signing into the test
    • more than 3 months after purchase
  • ProServe self-directed program is not refundable...
    • if the exam has been mailed
    • if the returned items are damaged or in poor condition
    • more than 3 months after purchase
    • Note: Shipping costs are not refundable
  • ProServe and SellSafe activation tickets are not refundable...
    • after using the ticket(s)
    • more than 3 months after buying them

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a card that is no longer in use, please let us know when asking for a refund.

Credit, debit and Interac® Online refunds are usually issued within 1-2 business days. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for cheque refunds to be issued and mailed.
