Refund Policy

Effective September 1, 2020 ProServe and SellSafe program purchases are final sale. Refunds will not be issued.

On a to be determined date, activation tickets will no longer be available on this platform. Please save any records you require away from this application.

You may apply for a refund for unused activation tickets only. Complete the Activation Ticket Refund Request form and email it to activation.tickets@aglc.ca. Activated tickets are not eligible for the refund offer.

Information provided on the Activation Ticket Refund Request form must match the SMART Program account holder information on file to be approved for a refund. Please ensure your account information is up to date.
